Meet The Founders
Travis Forgey
I’m Travis Forgey, owner of TNT Healthcare Billing Solutions. Back in 2018, Tonya and I started TNT with a simple goal: to build a billing company that understands how practices really operate—and what they need to stay financially healthy.
I got my start at Healthcare Management Resources (HMR), where I learned the ins and outs of billing, practice administration, and operations. That foundation showed me just how essential billing is—not just for revenue, but for freeing up providers to focus on patient care. Over the years, I’ve worked as a practice administrator and consultant across specialties like mental health, nephrology, urgent care, and rheumatology.
TNT is hands-on, transparent, and built on relationships. We’re not here to be the biggest—we’re here to be the best partner for the practices we serve. And when I’m not working on billing strategies or helping practices run smoother, you’ll probably find me daydreaming about trading it all in to run a snorkel boat in Hawaii. Until then, we’ll keep making sure practices get paid—and stay on track.
Tonya Forgey
I’m Tonya Forgey, and I’m proud to be the heart behind TNT Healthcare Billing Solutions. After more than 20 years as a nurse, I bring a clinical perspective and a deep sense of care to everything we do. My background spans rheumatology, mental health, pediatrics, and urgent care—so I understand firsthand what it means to care for patients and run a practice.
That experience is at the core of how I approach billing. I bring a nurse’s attention to detail and a commitment to treating providers and patients with empathy and respect. To me, billing isn’t just numbers—it’s part of the patient care journey, and it deserves the same clarity and compassion.
When I’m not solving billing puzzles or helping our clients find peace of mind, you’ll probably find me cheering on my favorite cowboys at the PBR (Professional Bull Riders)—boots and all.
